Enter the vehicle's true condition when you request a quote, because a vehicle listed as running that will not roll, steer or brake at pickup will need to be re-rated at the curb.

No. We ship cars, SUVs and pickup trucks. Tractors, combines, trailers and other agricultural equipment need heavy-haul carriers with different equipment and permits, which is not something we coordinate. We would rather tell you that up front than take a quote request we cannot fulfil.

Remove personal items, leave about a quarter tank of fuel, disable alarms and toll tags, and photograph the vehicle before the driver arrives. If your car is lowered, modified, or has aftermarket parts, mention it when you book so the carrier arrives with the right equipment.

Someone must be present to release and receive the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading condition report, but it does not have to be you. You may designate any responsible adult over 18. A spouse, family member, neighbor or coworker can hand over and accept the vehicle on your behalf. Give us their name and number when you book.
