It depends on distance. Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Boise and Denver all sit under 500 miles, where a mid-size car on an open trailer runs $450 to $900. Phoenix, Los Angeles, Seattle, Dallas and Chicago fall in the 500 to 1,500 mile band at $900 to $1,600. Most of the East Coast is $1,250 to $2,100.
